About us

Doughweime is an Artisan bakery from baker Wei Phung. We opened our doors in Union City, Bay Area in August, 2022.

Studying abroad in America as an aerospace engineer, Wei taught herself to bake by reading about pastry, and later honed her craft at bakeries throughout the Midwest and California.

Doughweime's regularly-changing menu combines Wei's signature bakes, from malasadas, classic viennoiserie to basque cheesecakes, mochi donuts with limited-run creations using local and seasonal produce. 

Doughweime has been featured in SF Gate, NBC California, KQED and have been honored to contribute to local communities through donations and bake sales.
